Shipping Policy — Spicy Mamasitas
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (business days = Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons (e.g., sales, holidays), processing may take 2–5 business days.
Shipping methods & carriers
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping method for each order is selected at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic shipping (within Australia)

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days. Cost: $10 flat rate or calculated at checkout.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery 1–3 business days. Cost: $15 or calculated at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping (available to Australian addresses only).
International shipping
We ship worldwide to most countries. International shipping times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on customs and destination.
Duties & taxes (International orders)
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be charged once the package reaches your destination country. [STORE NAME] is not responsible for these charges (unless stated otherwise). Please check with your local customs office for details. If you prefer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) options where available, contact us for a quote.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at hello@spicymamasita.com.
Shipping restrictions
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for some carriers/regions. We also do not ship to addresses in countries under trade embargoes or restrictions. If you enter an unsupported address we will contact you to update it or cancel the order.
Lost, damaged or delayed packages
We take extra care packaging you bottles, however if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@spicymamasita.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We’ll investigate with the carrier and lodge a claim. For replacements/refunds we will follow the carrier’s claim process — please allow up to 14 business days for resolution.
Address changes & failed deliveries
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@spicymamasita.com. Once the order is shipped we may not be able to change the address. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment. Returned-to-sender packages will incur the original shipping cost plus the re-shipping cost.
Partial shipments
If part of your order ships separately, you’ll receive a separate tracking number and shipping charge (if applicable) for each shipment.
Cancellations & refunds
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order while the order is processing. Once the order has shipped, you will need to follow our Returns Policy. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed to the original payment method — allow 5–10 business days. See our Returns Policy.
Holiday & peak shipping
During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) processing and transit times may be longer than normal. Please allow extra time when placing holiday orders.

Legal / limitation of liability
Spicy Mamasitas is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or carrier issues beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving shipping issues.
