Meet Sam Phillips, the Mamacita behind the magic
Spicy Mamasitas was founded by Sam Phillips, a flavour-obsessed foodie based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. Sam's philosophy is simple: life's too short for boring meals. So she set out to create a hot sauce range that's as bold and beautiful as it is genuinely delicious, fruity, flavour-first, and made with real ingredients you can actually pronounce.
The result? Three handcrafted hot sauces that bring the heat without losing the flavour. Made in small batches in Sydney, every bottle is a little labour of love.

🌶️ Spice level 3 / 5A fruity firecracker built on lush Australian mango, fresh chilli, and a carefully balanced blend of natural spices. Sweet up front with a warm, lingering kick that builds slowly. Perfect for people who want flavour and fire.

🍋 Yu Zu Sexy
🌶️ Spice level 3 / 5Inspired by Japanese yuzu citrus, this sauce is bright, zesty, and completely unlike anything else in your fridge. Made with yuzu, citrus, and fresh chilli, vibrant and playful with a clean heat that doesn't overpower.
Best with: Grilled fish, dumplings, scrambled eggs, avocado toast, ramen.
🍍 Pineapple Papi
🌶️ Spice level 3 / 5Tropical, tangy, and just a little cheeky. Fresh pineapple meets pepper and chilli in a sauce that's juicy and sweet with a sneaky kick. The ultimate wingman for anything coming off the grill.
